True Strategic Planning comprises Sales Forecast, Production Planning and Materials Planning.
- Sales forecast: based on the sales team's market research, the Sales Dept submits a product-wise forecast with the specific terms and quality parameters ordered by the buyer.
- Production planning: the Production Dept approves the forecast against available machinery and capacity to meet the delivery schedule, and works with Sales to adjust quantity and schedule — finalising the forecast jointly.
- Materials planning: the Materials Dept receives the final sales order and ensures smooth inward of raw materials at the right time. True can freeze the material required per the production plan, so running production is never interrupted.
Purchase
Module 03
From indent to reconciled bill.
- Entry of receipt and analysis of indents from various users.
- Raising quotations to prospective suppliers, and finalising them.
- Placement of the Purchase Order (PO).
- Receipt of goods by stores.
- Checking quantitative parameters like numbers, weight, etc.

- After the work, finished goods are dispatched with a finished-goods chalan and a raw-materials return chalan, and the job-work invoice is generated automatically in accounts.
Outsourced job work
- Entry of raw materials given to the consignee for job work.
- Job-work goods are received into the respective department through a chalan.
- Based on the chalan, True generates the job-work bill automatically in accounts and reconciles it with the supplier's bill.
