Labels printing: ‘True’ on its own senses the periodical (issue) number as per the system date and offers it to the label printing operator as default with provision to change as per requirement . Focus on saving in cost of paper and minimizing labor cost of cutting the labels. Printing of postal labels considers the regulations of Indian Postal Services regarding postal zones and accordingly sorts the labels before printing. It also decides on bundle size of periodicals considering weight of individual periodical.
Delivery of soft copy: soft copy can be accessed by members on internet on authentic website.
Accounting:Accounting entries are passed automatically while receiving subscription receipt books and issuing extra magazines. System distinguishes between agents only subscribing members, only delivering magazines and those doing both. Agent wise list of members for delivery is also printed with separate list of members whose membership expires with this issue.
